Organization

The operating companies ENNIA Caribe Schade N.V., ENNIA Caribe Leven N.V. and ENNIA Caribe Zorg N.V. form part of ENNIA Caribe Holding N.V. ENNIA is the largest local insurer active in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. Around 180 persons are currently employed in ENNIA, staffing its locations in Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire and St Maarten.

Since 2006 the Parman Capital Group headed by American businessman Mr. Hushang Ansary has been the major shareholder of ENNIA, Banco di Caribe and NIBanc.
